Last updated: May 2, 2026

Welcome to mack.ai (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using mack.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

mack.ai is an investment research and portfolio management tool designed for individual discretionary investors. The Platform provides thesis tracking, position management, AI-powered research, supply chain analysis, and related functionality.

2. Not Financial Advice

The Platform does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, data, AI-generated analysis, scores, ratings, price targets, and recommendations on the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial product, or instrument.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any investment or strategy does not guarantee future results.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Platform integrates data from third-party providers (including but not limited to Finnhub, Financial Modeling Prep, Alpha Vantage, FRED, and others) and uses AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, analysis, or AI-generated content.

AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, outdated information, or misinterpretations. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for investment decisions.

4. Not a Registered Investment Advisor

mack.ai is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. The Platform is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any other regulatory body. We do not manage money on your behalf.

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

The Platform allows you to provide your own API keys for third-party services. You are solely responsible for the use, security, and costs associated with your API keys. We encrypt your keys at rest but cannot guarantee absolute security. You should monitor your API key usage and set spending limits with your providers.

6. User Data

Your portfolio data, trades, theses, notes, and other content you enter into the Platform remain your property. We store this data to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Access and Availability

Access to the Platform is by invitation only. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time and for any reason. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mack.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from investment decisions made using information on the Platform.

9. Risk Acknowledgment

Investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss. The value of investments can go down as well as up. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only invest money you can afford to lose. Leveraged, options, and derivative strategies carry additional risks.
